In East Boulder County, south of Longmont, Orvilla West Farm sits on 20 acres bordered by private Open Space.
There are 5 irrigated pastures for turn-out, trails, a pond with an abundance of wildlife (one of the only 5 pairs of nesting eagles in the county are located by the southwest corner of the property) and gorgeous mountain views from Longs Peak to Pikes Peak.
The Barns
The West Barn has 10 large box stalls with 80’ runs, automatic waterers, rubber mats and shavings.
There is also a shed with a large dry lot just to the west of the barn and a large, double shed and paddock to the south of the barn.
The East Barn has six 3-sided stalls (two are extra wide for two horses) with 80’ runs and waterers.
Other amenities in the barns include:
Outdoor wash areas, heated tacking/grooming areas, heated boarder tack rooms, surround sound stereo and wi-fi internet access.
Riding Areas
   There are several riding area options with a variety of footing:
75’ x 170’ lighted outdoor arena with sand footing
150’ x 330’ pasture arena with grass footing, a small cross country course and soft galloping path
55’ round pen with sand footing
50’ x 72’ indoor arena with dustless footing
Trails (including around pond)
Other Amenities
Automated security gate at the entrance.
Dressage letters, poles, cavalettis, jumps, barrels and de-spooking toys (coming soon- obstacle course!).
Optional on-site clinics (centered riding, natural horsemanship, pilates, etc.) are offered once a month during the warm months.
Although we encourage Natural Horsemanship, all disciplines are welcome!
Sorry, we do not have safe facilities for stallions or colts.
Approved trailer parking may be available.
