Orvilla West Farm 2010 Rates
Box Stall (w/run, mats and shavings) in West Barn: $475/month
Shed with extra large paddock (1/2 horses): $425/$400/month
Individual Stall in East Barn: $425/month Double-wide run with Stall in East Barn (1/2 horses): $450/$400/month
Double Shed with large paddock (1/2/3 horses): $400/$375/$350
Multiple horse discount: $50 (1st horse full price, discount applies to each additional horse)
Blanketing: $30/month
Scoop grain/day: $15/month
Rates include:
Feeding of grass hay and/or alfalfa 3x/day.
Feeding of boarder-supplied supplements and grain 2x/day.
Rotational turn-out into one of five irrigated pastures.
Daily mucking of stalls. Runs are mucked daily, weather permitting.
Waterers cleaned at least 2x/week in summer, 1x/week in winter.
Putting on and removing fly masks during the summer months.
Checking of horses daily for injuries.
We use fly predators- and they work!
